Recreational Gymnastics
Interactive and structured session led by coaches who will be guiding and supporting gymnasts each step of the way.
Your child will develop fundemental and social skills, building confidence in basic gymnastics whilst having fun in an engaging environment.
The sessions are split into levels and follow the British Gymnastics Awards Programme. Gymasts will have the opportunity to achieve medals at each level they are working at. An assessment will be done at your childs trial session to ascertain their level.
Grown ups are not required to stay on site during their childs session. We however do have a parents room with a live stream of the session and an on site cafe serving a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks.

Session Time
These sessions run every week and last for 1 hour.
Price
£28 per month for 1x weekly session. Direct debit increases accordingly per extra session.
Keep Hydrated
Don’t forget to bring a water bottle – its thirsty work!
Clothing
Sports appropriate clothing i.e. leggings, shorts, t-shirt. No buttons, zips, jewellery or jeans.
